Conservation Area: (For hiking and horse riding)
Kortright Centre for conservation is located in the middle of Vaughan between Major Mackenzie Drive and Rutherford Road. This suburban 325 hectare conservation area contains the maple and pine forest. More than 1 lac tourists visit this Centre to enjoy bird watching, horseback riding or hiking through the woodland.
Reptile Zoo:
Reptile lovers can visit the zoo at feeding time to enjoy the view how reptile eat eggs, birds, insects, snakes or rodents. It is the largest indoor reptile zoo of Canada with 1400 square meter area. This zoo is a home for more than 200 arachnids, reptiles and amphibians.

Art Gallery:
McMichael Canadian Art Gallery contains extensive collection of paintings from famous artists including Tom Thomson. This art gallery is situated between 40 hectares of forest with a historic Tom Thomson Shack, sculpture garden, and cemetery. The trails wind through forest area containing maple, pine and oak trees.
Rollercoasters Ride:
The most visited place in Vaughan is Canada’s Wonderland. The amusement park is divided into 6 different places out of which one is 8 hectare waterpark. Thrill seekers can enjoy the ride of the rollercoasters especially of Leviathan which is the tallest and fastest roller-coaster having a large drop of 93 meters. Over 210 attractive things can be found in amusement park including shows, games and ride which are opened on weekend in October and April. But people can visit it daily from May to September.
